Disciplinary committee

How the Institute addresses matters of professional conduct.

Professional accountability

The Institute’s published description assigns the committee responsibility for considering referred professional-misconduct cases under section 13 of the ISPON Act 2014. It describes a chair and four other board members appointed by the Board.

Members are expected to follow the Institute’s code of conduct. The Secretariat can explain the appropriate procedure for raising a concern or responding to a referral.
