Private submissions
Your sign-in identifier, email and the details you submit are stored to handle membership, training and enquiries. Supporting files and management responses are restricted to you and authorised management.
Public professional records
After management approval, the membership directory displays the holder’s name, category, grade, state, branch, record numbers and validity. Certificate verification displays the approved certificate’s identifying details and status. Private contact emails, evidence and review notes are excluded.
Sign-in and delivery
Sign-in uses the hosting platform’s ChatGPT identity service. This website does not ask for your ChatGPT password. Certificate delivery uses a separately authorised mail service when configured.
Correction and access requests
Contact management to correct information or discuss access, retention or removal. Records needed for professional verification may require review before alteration.
