- Key personnel, equipment/assets, training plan and technical agreements.
- HSSE policies, HSE manual, hazard register where applicable and three years of HSE statistics.
- Facility audit information, medical retainership and valid NSITF insurance.
Compliance audit and registration
Management reviews the documents and coordinates the compliance audit. Following the required compliance submission, the Institute assigns the membership number and issues the certificate. Confirm scope, audit scheduling and current charges before payment.
